Florida Massage and Beauty Institute was first opened in 2010 by director Natalia M. Lopez, who has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. The dual-language (English and Spanish) school's main objective is to help students achieve their goals and become professionals in the beauty, health, and wellness industries.
Their 1,200-hour licensed cosmetology program is available both full- and part-time. It consists of a mixture of lectures, demonstrations with audiovisual help, and hands-on practice on mannequins and real clients.
Similar programs in esthetics, barbering, nails, and massage are also offered.
