Shear Excellence Hair Academy is an Accredited institution that offers multiple programs that cater towards the fashion industry. We offer Barber Hair Design, Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Facial Specialist, and Full Specialist Programs. Our Programs are taught by qualified and passionate Instructors who guide you through the program by providing you with the tools you'll need to be successful. We have a strong Admissions team and provide Financial Aid for those who qualify for some of our programs. Invest in yourself today by reaching out to our Tampa or Valrico locations. Spanish and English courses available for all programs.
Programs Offered
All programs require a $50 Application Fee and $100 Registration Fee.
Barber Hair Design, Cosmetology, and Full Specialist offer Financial Aid for those who qualify. Financial Aid is not offered for the Nail Technician and Facial Specialist programs.

Shear Excellence Hair Academy's learners enjoy individual instruction and mentorship designed to motivate, inspire, challenge, and improve the quality of life for those who want not just a job but a satisfying career.
The school's 1,200-hour licensed cosmetology program has produced graduates for more than 20 years, focusing not only on hair care, skincare, and nails but also chemistry, sanitation, and law. In addition, the school offers facial, barbering, full specialist, and nail technology programs.
